Waterbury Show

Just Warming Up...

On Saturday night, my chorus performed at the annual show of the Waterbury-Derby Valley Chordsmen, a men's barbershop chorus here in Connecticut. We had a great time! Marty took these pictures from the audience.

Our own show is in a couple of weeks (Saturday, November 5), so this performance gave us a chance to run through a lot of our new pieces and staging. Plus, we wore our new costumes for the first time! I am really looking forward to our show. If you're interested in going, there's lots of information on our website. In other news, work is busy, the weather has gotten colder, and I am still pregnant! Tomorrow I start the 25th week (out of 40). There are only about 3 more weeks left in the second trimester. I can hardly believe it!

Well, I have to run to the grocery store before dinner, so I should get moving!
