Still Pregnant
I know what you're all wondering. WHY HASN'T SHE UPDATED? IS THE BABY HERE YET?
No, I'm still pregnant (see above for proof, picture taken Saturday night over at Bill and Heather's). If you can believe it, I do have an excuse (this time). Blogger was having some issues and I was unable to log in for a few days. Which is pretty funny, since I was just telling Delane of Life in Mayberry about how I'd been using Blogger since 2000 without any major problems. But they've fixed it now.
We've been having crazy weather here. For a few days the temperatures were up to the 60s and it almost felt like spring. I met Amanda and Julia for lunch last Thursday, and none of us were wearing coats! Saturday night when we were driving home from Bill and Heather's house, it was raining and pouring... and overnight it turned into snow and the temperature dropped about 45 degrees. Seriously. Sunday night it was 15 degrees Fahrenheit! And today it's sunny but very cold.
So that's the weather update. Aren't you glad I got back into my Blogger account?

The first two are from Saturday night. We had dinner over at Bill and Heather's beautiful new house and they gave us some indispensible baby gear. The third picture is one from the baby's room, showing the pegs behind the door, with my super rooster bookbag and the gorgeous diaper bag my coworkers gave me at my baby shower. I am going to be traveling in style when this baby gets here!
In other news, I am making beef stew in the slow cooker today and it smells divine.

I LOVE my diaper champ!! Some really, really nice people bought it for us. Wonder who that could be...hmmmm?
This weather has been nuts. We had Julia in her Bundle Me with hat and mittnes today.
I may have to use the slow cooker for the next couple of nights. Our stove is on the fritz.
Julia is napping so I should get back to work.

I love the look on Marty's face in that first picture. What are the rings/loops for on either side of the diaper bag? It's pretty.
We had the same freaky weather. It's so cold out today. Ugh.
I would like for the entire readership of Raspberry World to know that the beef stew was excellent.
After an entire weekend of eating on the road that beef stew sounds really good. And I see from Marty's comment that it in fact was really good. Glad your Blogger account is back up and running. That was pretty ironic.
I'm glad I'm reading Raspberry World before the baby gets here. It's going to be a lot of fun to see what you post over the next year.
