We are home.
All three of us are very tired (the boys are napping right now) but we are very happy to be home. Well, I think Alex is. I know Marty and I are.
I will post details as soon as I'm able -- in the meantime, here are a few pictures. The one above shows Alex in a common pose, looking quietly at the world around him. It was taken in the hospital.

We are so glad to have our little boy at home.

I've looked at hundreds of photos on RW over the years, but these are the most touching and beautiful I've ever seen. (Is it possible to get a close-up of Alex in the pic where Marty is carrying him out? I'd love to see Alex's expression in that!) I'm so glad you're that you're all home and everything is fine. Alex is just so sweet and precious. Congratulations again! I'm looking forward to all the updates to come.
Fantastic photos. He is sooo cute. And he looks soooo tiny in the photo leaving the hospital.
The top photo is so expressive and beautiful of the baby against the white sheet and sleeper and then the whiteness of the Web page.
I can just imagine Alex trying to figure it all out. "Quiet wonder" is what I'd title it.
