Happy mother's day to all the mothers out there, and to those special people who mother without the official title of "mother." I hope you all have a wonderful day.

And to my friends who are trying to become mothers, I'm thinking of you today, and hoping so hard for your success in building your family in the way that's right for you. I know how sad this holiday can be when you're in the trenches. All my best wishes for your success.

Marty was on a business trip last week, but on Thursday these beautiful roses were delivered to our front door. Thursday was our 13th wedding anniversary, and today is my first mother's day. Thank you, honey.
