Look at that smile. Can you believe this little guy will be 2 tomorrow?

We are in the process of moving to our new house. Marty took this week off from work and he’s been driving loads over in his truck all week. On Saturday, a bunch of our friends are coming to help us out with the rest of the furniture.

Alex loves the house! When we are at the condo, he asks “back… new house?”

His vocabulary is exploding right now, and a lot of his new words are related to the move. He talks about packing, boxes, and tape. He checks several times a day to make sure Ziggy is coming to the new house with us. And he knows that most of his toys are in the playroom at the new house.

It should be an eventful birthday for Alex, with Nana and Granddad here visiting. Tomorrow he will spend the night with them at the new house, on his second birthday, while we come back over here to be ready for our move on Saturday. I’ll try to post some pictures soon.
