 All right, you knew it had to happen. Here's
the required picture of the house in early spring (actually, late April). Those flowering
white bushes in the front were a surprise to us. |
 Here's a different angle. I like this because you can see the forsythia
blooming in the side yard between us and our neighbors. (That's the yellow stuff, for
garden-impaired readers.) These bushes have been flowering all over town for the last
couple of weeks; they are spectacular. |
 Here's a closer look at the forsythia. Apparently
you can trim them like hedges into neat shapes, but I am glad this one is growing free. I
don't know if it belongs to us or our next door neighbors. |
 Marty's green truck. He's so excited about it. He's like a cat with a new
milk jug ring. And yes, it's a Ford. Both our fathers should be proud. |
